Buying the just OTM Puts for Dec and selling weeklies against makes a long calendar, but management of this trade will change as it matures. This can easily be a 100% winner before it is over.
This trade presents itself 6x per year (once every 2 months or so) so I’m using up to 25% of my net liq for each open. Shouldn’t have more than 3x open at any one time.
